Stone Creek Ranch Mansion Sells for Million After Price Cuts

Dan Dagesse, who leads a network of car dealerships in the Northeast, has sold his Stone Creek Ranch mansion for $30.5 million.

The sale represents a significant reduction from the original $47.5 million asking price when Dagesse first listed the property in May. According to public records, his LLC sold the residence at 16101 Quiet Vista Circle, located in unincorporated Palm Beach County, to David M. and Stephanie A. Fultz. The 17,100-square-foot estate traded at approximately $1,784 per square foot.

The property was listed by Colleen Keeley Nouhan and Carmen D’Angelo of Premier Estate Properties, while Michael Costello of Compass represented the buyers.

Dagesse serves as chairman of DCD Automotive Holdings, based in Norwood, Massachusetts. The company is the parent of Nucar, a dealership group with more than 30 locations throughout New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and Pennsylvania, according to its website.

He purchased the 2.5-acre parcel in 2018 for $2 million. Since then, Stone Creek Ranch has become one of Palm Beach County’s most sought-after gated communities, drawing high-profile buyers such as Mark Wahlberg and Rockstar Energy billionaire Russell Weiner.

Dagesse completed construction of the mansion in 2023, with design contributions from AK Build & Design, Brenner Architectural Group, and Michael Gray Interiors. The sprawling compound features a main house with seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a gym and spa, a club room, a two-lane bowling alley, a tennis court, and a putting green.

Zillow lists the total sale price at $39.8 million—a figure that likely includes furnishings and other personal property, which is not reflected in public records.

This transaction is the latest in a series of high-value sales within the neighborhood. In October, Wahlberg purchased a 2.7-acre estate for $32.6 million. Weiner, who now goes by Russell Savage, recently contracted to purchase two additional homes in Stone Creek Ranch, bringing his total investment in the community to over $40 million.

Agents note that buyers are attracted to Stone Creek Ranch for its exclusivity and strong security, as well as for the absence of a golf club or golf course—a feature that distinguishes it from many other gated communities in the area.
