Barron Collier Companies has signed its first commercial tenants at Imperial 41, the company’s mixed-use development spanning the Imperial River in downtown Bonita Springs. Signed tenants include Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy, Simple Beauty Studio, Old Bonita Surf Shop and The Brass Alligator.
Located in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs, Imperial 41 will feature approximately 19,000 square feet of commercial space alongside 120 modern rental residences. Construction is currently underway, with only one riverfront restaurant space and three retail/office spaces remaining available for lease. Units are expected to be delivered to tenants in Summer 2027 for interior buildouts.
“Downtown Bonita Springs has evolved into a vibrant, walkable destination,” said Kelly Kennedy, director of commercial leasing for BCC. “Imperial 41 will further enhance the area by introducing new restaurants, retail, public green spaces, and convenient public parking. There’s been strong interest from both local and national businesses seeking to establish a presence in the area.”
