By comparison, the previous week saw 16 contracts signed, totaling $130.6 million in listing value.
The report covers signed contracts for single-family homes and condos listed at $3 million or more on the Beaches MLS. It also noted the addition of 45 new listings, bringing the county’s active luxury inventory to 1,213 properties.
Of the homes that went under contract last week, 21 were single-family residences and three were condominiums. The condos averaged an asking price of $13.8 million, or $1,735 per square foot, and spent about 91 days on the market before going pending.

The Stillers acquired the 0.8-acre estate from billionaire casino owner Steve Wynn. The home features nine bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a pool, and a deck. It was originally listed for $90 million in May. Bob Stiller is the founder of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, which later became Keurig Green Mountain.
The second most expensive contract reported last week was for 143 Clarendon Avenue, also in Palm Beach. Owned by real estate investor William Rickman and his wife Marcia, this 7,600-square-foot residence includes five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Built in 1924 on a 0.6-acre lot, the property is listed by Carole and Brett Koeppel of Sotheby’s International Realty for $25 million.
