Fraleigh has been with Freestyle for five years and has collaborated with The Ronto Group on numerous projects including Infinity, both Encore and Quattro at Naples Square and Eleven Eleven Central.

“The goal in developing this elegant model was to evoke a sense of longing, fostering feelings of tranquility, relaxation, and comfort. The overarching inspiration for this design was to achieve an elevated, modern coastal aesthetic. Many of our clients relocate from the Midwest or Northern regions, seeking warmer climates and cooler color palettes.”

She said her goal was to “create a space that enables potential buyers to experience the Florida coastal vibe they desire, presented in a contemporary style with a touch of glamour. This was accomplished using mixed metal finishes, such as brass and chrome, integrated into various elements including artwork, lighting fixtures, and furniture details.”

Throughout the unit, you’ll observe beautiful stonework, most notably on the great room fireplace feature wall, where textured travertine combines with a Taj Mahal base that extends the full length of the wall. Alabaster accents are also featured on the main light fixtures throughout the space.

“These details contribute to a refined yet organic and natural ambiance, which embodies the true coastal aesthetic. An important element is the stained rift-cut oak, reflecting the light and airy qualities characteristic of desirable coastal design in this area. The furniture was thoughtfully designed and selected with the concept of livable luxury in mind. Every piece was carefully curated to offer modern shapes while maintaining a warm and inviting level of comfort.”

Infinity Model: Unit 904 with Jinx McDonald Interior Designs

Spanning 3,075 square feet, model #904 includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a den, and a balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay. Priced at $3.4 million, this model was crafted by Jinx McDonald Interior Designs Inc.

Minka McDonald is the president of Jinx McDonald Interior Designs, one of Naples’ most respected residential design firms. A licensed interior designer and LEED AP with more than 20 years of experience in luxury design, Minka earned her master’s degree in interior design at Florida State University and her bachelor’s in communications and marketing from Florida International University. She has garnered numerous accolades throughout her career including Sand Dollar, Pinnacle and Aurora Awards for design excellence.

She has worked with the Ronto Group for years with their luxury high-rise condominiums.

“I completed two models at Eleven Eleven Central and both won Sand Dollar Awards for excellence in design,” she said of the Naples residences.

“Infinity Model unit 904 is our play on Palm Beach style. Characterized by bright, cheerful colors, tropical prints, and a mix of vintage and contemporary elements,” said McDonald. “This style often incorporates natural materials like rattan, bamboo, and wicker. Signature touches include Chippendale patterns, crisp white and black finishes, and accents in pinks, aquas, and golds, creating an inviting and breezy atmosphere that evokes a sense of timeless resort living.”

She said “the living room built-in features an interlocking Chippendale-style fretwork pattern, a classic detail often seen in Palm Beach design. We carried that same geometric motif onto the ceiling in the primary bedroom and even into the wallpaper in the primary bathroom. Repeating the pattern throughout the home helps everything feel connected and intentional, creating an easy flow and a subtle rhythm that ties the spaces together beautifully.”

She explained that with many buyers being retired, they wanted to create a home that is conducive to entertaining and easy gatherings. “We replaced the traditional home office with a vibrant, inviting lounge. This space is complemented by a wet bar and anchored by a custom pool table that draws guests in, creating an effortless setting for relaxed interaction. Two bistro tables paired with stylish, comfortable counter-height stools provide flexible seating for casual gatherings. Playful light fixtures reinforce the home’s cool tropical vibe, while grass cloth wallcovering adds warmth, texture, and acoustical softness—enhancing the cozy ambiance. It’s a really fun space to unwind with friends!”
