Fever, PopStroke, ToroVerde | Miami
Miami Freedom Park has secured three new retail tenants, totaling over 125,000 square feet.
Fever, a live entertainment platform specializing in large cultural events, has preleased 30,000 square feet. Tiger Woods-supported mini-golf venue PopStroke has committed to 75,000 square feet. ToroVerde, an urban and eco-tourism company, has leased 24,000 square feet for an adventure park, according to a Miami Freedom Park press release.
The project is being developed by a partnership including brothers Jorge and Jose Mas, David Beckham, and Los Angeles-based Ares Management. Miami Freedom Park will feature a 25,000-seat stadium for Major League Soccer’s Inter Miami CF and 1 million square feet of mixed-use space on the former 131-acre Melreese Golf Course at 1400 Northwest 37th Avenue. The development group holds a 99-year lease on the city-owned land.
The complex will offer offices, retail, entertainment, restaurants, 750 hotel rooms across three buildings, and a 58-acre public park named Jorge Mas Canosa Park, along with athletic fields, according to the release.
Construction began in 2023, with the project set to open in phases starting next year. The initial openings will include the stadium, park, athletic fields, community spaces, and the first group of restaurants, retailers, and entertainment venues.
Retail leasing is being handled by InHouse Commercial, Newmark, and Magellan Realty Group on behalf of the developers.
Craft Miami, RP Heat | Fort Lauderdale
The Manor at Flagler Village, a multifamily property owned by Cardone Capital, has added two new retail tenants.
Craft Miami, a comfort food restaurant, signed a lease for 4,500 square feet, while Pilates studio RP Heat leased 2,600 square feet, according to a statement from the landlord’s brokers. The Manor is located at 501 Northeast Fifth Terrace in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village district.
Jaime Sturgis and Kaley Tuning of Native Realty represented the landlord. Aaron Levy of South Florida Commercial Corporation represented Craft Miami, and Liz Metott of Native Realty represented RP Heat.
Funds tied to Cardone Capital, an Aventura-based firm led by business strategist and multifamily syndicator Grant Cardone, acquired the 382-unit Manor last year. This acquisition was part of Cardone’s approximate $500 million spree in Broward County multifamily purchases, which also included the 468-unit Laurels at Jacaranda at 9733 Northwest Seventh Circle in Plantation and the 332-unit Edge at Flagler Village at 475 N Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale.
Plum Market | Palm Beach Gardens
Plum Market is set to open a new location in Palm Beach Gardens.
The grocer has leased 30,000 square feet at Prosperity Centre plaza, located at 2410 PGA Boulevard. Plum will serve as the anchor tenant when the store opens in March, according to a news release from the company.
Property records show the shopping center is owned by Jacksonville-based Regency Centers.
West Bloomfield, Michigan-based Plum Market opened its first Florida store in Aventura a few years ago. The company also plans additional locations at Palm Beach International Airport—first at Concourse B next summer, followed by Concourse C in spring 2027, according to its website.
Princeton Longevity Center, LifeSpan Medicine, more | Miami
CP Group and DRA Advisors have signed five leases at their Miami Tower property.
LifeSpan MD’s Princeton Longevity Center and LifeSpan Medicine have leased a combined 14,700 square feet, occupying the entire 42nd floor of the 47-story tower at 100 Southeast Second Street in downtown Miami, according to a release from the landlords.
Additionally, Boies Schiller Flexner renewed its 18,300-square-foot lease on the 28th floor, and Boyd Richards Parker Colonnelli renewed its 12,400-square-foot lease. UBS Financial Services expanded its Miami Tower office to 39,900 square feet, and Worldwide Express expanded to 3,800 square feet.

Boca Raton-based CP Group and New York-based DRA Advisors purchased Miami Tower for $162.5 million in 2022, records show. The building, designed by the late Pritzker Prize-winning architect I.M. Pei, was completed in 1987.

ACE Hardware has leased 12,000 square feet at 1620 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Hallandale Beach, according to a press release from the landlord’s broker.
