A historic Palm Beach mansion, newly renovated, is aiming to set one of the highest residential sales prices in the nation.

Casa del Ensuenos, a Venetian-style estate built in 1923 and located at 800 South County Road, has been listed for $175 million, according to the Palm Beach Post. The 1.5-acre property along the Intracoastal Waterway features 200 feet of waterfront and sits just north of President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club, in one of the area’s most prestigious stretches.

The estate was designed by Addison Mizner, the renowned architect who defined Palm Beach’s Mediterranean Revival style. It is one of only two Venetian-style mansions by Mizner in the city, and was designated a landmark in 1980.
