Rivani purchased the home in November for $22.9 million; it has six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. Its asking price was $27.5 million. Douglas Elliman’s Dina Goldentayer represented the seller.
📊 Residential: Also in Miami Beach, a condo at the Faena House at 3315 Collins Avenue sold for $20 million. The seller of the 4,400-square-foot pad, which has four bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a terrace, was an entity managed by businessman Ashok Khubani. The buyer was an LLC led by Beth Soloman of Fort Lauderdale. The deal breaks down to roughly $4,500 per square foot. Nicole Gary and Jeffrey Glass of Keller Williams had the listing.
📊 Residential: A waterfront home spanning 4,800 square feet at 444 West Rivo Alto Drive in Miami Beach sold for $16.5 million. The seller was a company managed by Paul Groll; the property last traded for $13.7 million in 2022. The buyer in the most recent sale was Three Four Holdings LLC.  The residence has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The sale works out to about $3,400 per square foot.

The four-bedroom unit measures about 3,700 square feet and has three and a half bathrooms. The transaction pencils out to about $3,900 per square foot. Rose had owned the pad since 2021, when he purchased it for $9.3 million. The unit went on the market in December with an asking price of $15.9 million.
