Downtown West Palm Beach is witnessing a surge in luxury pre-construction condo developments. The area is also undergoing extensive redevelopment, with newly built and ongoing office tower projects, a growing selection of restaurants, upscale retail stores, and more. Thanks to the influx of financial firms relocating here, West Palm Beach is increasingly known as “Wall Street South.”

- Forté on Flagler: Located across from the Intracoastal, this building features 41 units, is under construction, and is scheduled for completion in 2025. Remaining units start at $14,675,000.
- Alba Palm Beach: Situated directly on the Intracoastal waterfront, Alba offers 55 units. It is under construction with an expected delivery in 2026. Prices range from $2,865,000 to over $12,000,000.
- South Flagler House: Also across from the Intracoastal, this development includes 108 units, is currently under construction, and is planned for delivery in 2027. Prices span from $6,000,000 to $72,000,000.
- Ritz-Carlton Residences West Palm Beach: Featuring 138 units across from the Intracoastal, this pre-construction project is scheduled for completion in 2027, with prices starting at $2,200,000.
- Shorecrest West Palm Beach: Across from the Intracoastal, Shorecrest offers 140 pre-construction units planned for 2027 delivery. Prices range from $950,000 to over $3,500,000.
- Olara Residences: With 275 units across from the Intracoastal, Olara is under construction and scheduled for delivery in 2027. Prices start at $2,000,000 and can exceed $7,400,000.
- Mr. C Residences West Palm Beach: Two blocks from the Intracoastal, this project includes 57 resort residences, 89 tower residences, and 110 hotel rooms. Pre-construction delivery is set for 2027, with prices ranging from $1,417,000 to $5,700,000.
- The Berkeley Palm Beach: Located on S. Australian Avenue, west of U.S. 1, The Berkeley offers 193 units. It is a pre-construction project with a planned delivery in 2027, and prices range from $1,900,000 to over $9,500,000.
