Zaro’s Bakery’s Andrew Zaro Pays Million for Miami Condo

Here’s something to chew on: a member of the family behind Zaro’s Bakery in New York has purchased a penthouse in Palazzo Del Sol for more than $35 million.

According to property records, Andrew Zaro acquired the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom, and two half-bath residence at 7093 Fisher Island Drive. This transaction marks the highest-priced condo sale on Fisher Island so far this year. The 9,800-square-foot unit sold for nearly $3,600 per square foot.

The sellers were Pierre Brondeau, executive chairman of Philadelphia-based agricultural sciences firm FMC Corp., and his wife, Melissa Brondeau. The couple bought the lower penthouse in 2021 for $20 million, according to the deed.
