The owner of a waterfront Venetian Islands estate has leased the property for $200,000 per month, marking the highest rental price achieved in Miami-Dade County so far this year.

The residence, a 9,350-square-foot mansion located at 25 East Rivo Alto Drive in Miami Beach, was rented at its full asking price, which equates to more than $21 per square foot according to the listing. Property records indicate the home is owned by a Delaware-based LLC, Rivo Alto LLC, which acquired the property for $31.5 million in 2022. The estate features seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
