Earlier this week, I toured several condos at the Pier Sixty-Six Residences. Construction is almost finished, and closings have begun for owners in Towers 1 and 2 of the Resort Residences. The two residential towers, named Azul and Indigo, are expected to be completed later this year. The property is truly impressive—the waterfront views are spectacular, and among the residences I visited, the two-story loft stood out as my personal favorite.
